Kita can provide training courses which assist in ensuring that your staff are fully trained. These Courses include: Risk Assessment Training, Fork Lift Truck Operating, First Aid Training, bespoke Health and Safety, Abrasive Wheel Safety, Power Press Regulations, Fire Safety, Manual Handling, CPC for Bus and Coach Drivers and many more.
Apprenticeships
As an Approved Training Provider of the Skills Funding Agency, Kita can offer programmes in: Engineering, Business and Administration, Customer Service, Contact Centre Operations/Professional, Team Leading, Information Technology(Users) and Management.
Candidates will be required to achieve a National Vocational Qualification, Technical Certificate and Key Skills to complete an Apprenticeship.
National Vocational Qualification
If you have staff not eligible for funding who you would like to gain a qualification, in any of the subjects covered by Apprenticeships, plus Passenger Carrying Vehicle Driving, we can help them to achieve a National Vocational Qualification
One of our Assessors will visit the candidates on a regular basis to Asses work based evidence provided by the candidate and to set action plans to be completed by their next visit. Along with gaining a recognised qualification for the work they do, each candidate will also be required to have background knowledge of general legislation requirements i.e. Health and Safety, Data Protection and know company specific policies and procedures.
