General Information
An Assessor from Kita will visit your premises every four to six weeks to meet with your Apprentice and the immediate Supervisor. During the visit there will be a one to one discussion with the Apprentice. To Assess evidence generated whilst at work, set targets for next visit and give information advice and guidance to the Apprentice on a number of subjects which forms part of an Apprenticeship (e.g. Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity). Your company representative is then invited to review the Apprentice's progress and discuss any matters concerning the training programme.
Kita was formed in 1967 by a small number of companies based in Kent. Since that time we have continually expanded both in terms of the companies we serve and the range of personnel and training services we offer.
Our principle objective is to form lasting relationships with our clients by understanding their needs and always acting to satisfy or exceed their expectations.
