Off the Job Training
The block release and day release elements of the Apprenticeship are undertaken either at a College or at another training centre. Employers of Apprentices attending the Skills Centre are charged a fee for Registration and Certification.
Employers of Apprentices attending a College are responsible for paying the full fees to the college and on successful completion of the course (depending on funding at the time) may receive a grant towards the training costs.
Kita was formed in 1967 by a small number of companies based in Kent. Since that time we have continually expanded both in terms of the companies we serve and the range of personnel and training services we offer.
Our principle objective is to form lasting relationships with our clients by understanding their needs and always acting to satisfy or exceed their expectations.
