Transport NVQ's

Kita offer a range of NVQ's within the transport sector. NVQ's are practical work-based qualifications that are recognised by employers throughout the UK. They are awarded to people who have proved their skills, knowledge and understanding of all aspects of their job. These qualifications demonstrate an individual's occupational competence in their job role. As NVQ's are work based, Training and Assessment are undertaken whilst the employee carries out their daily role under the supervision of the NVQ Assessor/Trainer.

Kita will work with all employers to develop an individual training plan to meet the needs of their business and to develop staff as they carry out their job role. Whilst working towards an NVQ, the employee is supported by the NVQ Assessor/Trainer, who provides the necessary training, assessment, and support to the driver in achieving their NVQ.
